Well they can't be looking for another 90 days as  just September 9th I asked Peter if there's any reason to believe there will  be delays and not only did he not answer he threatened to sue me  clearly this will occur October 31st because Peter would definitely have notified us that it wasn't going to occur as is required .

It is safe to say that you will not get an answer if the answer is negative. I have been ignored as well right at the Q&A during the AGM. And as I was the first with a question I overheard him say skip this. and moved on to more popular questions. It took over a year for the Company to reveal that they were beeing reevaluated by Aubert & Duval. And they had therefore never shipped anything

LOL  But it's not Peter's call, and he may not know until 10/31 that they may want another 90 days. They could also complete &  pass the SAT on 10/31, but doesn't mean they're going to order more right away, if they want more.  They may want to use that 1 for a year before anything else. We just don't know?

Hahaha.. So you're saying the company doesn't have an employee down there doesn't have any contact with the customer and there's no way to know if the test is going to proceed yeah OK  it is better to remain silent..........

No, Im  just saying we don't know if the client is going to want more, If, When, How many or not at all.
