Tamaracktop: Don’t hit the door on your way out

You said you would leave.  Just do it.

You're a controlling man.  Can't let other decide by their own.  You have to keep adding and adding, day after day after day.  And omitting lots of things in your analysis.

And how come you failed on detecting major governance flaws at Xebec and passing on the fact that their 20 acquisitions in 2y didn't make any sense???

Tamaracktop was not even able to detect that XEBEC had too much of a debt versus its revenues, thanks to its 20 acquisitions in 2y!  That's clearly stated in today's LaPresse article. PYR doesn't have this issue. So much for the 30y experience of Tamaracktop aa a broker @RBC.  The guy had a career in a growing economy.  Not many challenged there, when supported by a ...more

Xebec's revenues went from $17 Million to $200 million in 5 years. The CEO of TD Bank joined their board and never resigned. The biggest pension fund in Quebec invested $60 million at $5.60. Who are you pointing the finger at anyway?..You're here aren't you? You have far fewer reasons to be here than I had to be there.

You should have raised 3 red flags instead of blaming/relying on others. You should have questionned some recent decisions by Xebec alleging conflicts of interes as the company is represented by Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, while Brian Levitt, one of the directors of Xebec, was previously co-chairman of this law firm!   Another board member, Peter Bowie, previously led Deloitte ...more

I look at the curriculum vitae of every member of the board of a company I recommend. I've looked at the board of Pyrogenesis. Have you?
Comment by ScienceFirst on Oct 20, 2022 10:14pm
Tamaraktop ... If you've looked carefully at the cv of every member of the board of Xebec, then I assume that you missed the 3 governance concerns that were raised in today's article. And your elite Board team at Xebec must have been znoozing to end up in mess like they have. I thought you were done with PYR's SH board?  Still trying to impose your hidden agenda? ______________ ...more
