It's definitively is Norsk Hydro (also refered to as Hydro).  They are very inovative.

 First it is not a new client, This was  pressed last April and then repumped out of pathetic desperation.   Dont get too excited as its a modelling contract for a study by Norske's helium division. Gee do you think plasma torches will be cheaper than hydrogen they generate with renewables at off hours? hmmm Dont hold your breathe for the torch order,..  Here is my ...more
