You never give up. Have you ever heard the expression about "pushing on a string"? "Long and strong Pyrogenesis"? The words "strong" and "Pyrogenesis"are incompatible in close proximity to each other. A penultimate oxymoron.

When do they start selling the shares in the 2% fondation and disperse the funds to charities or can they gift the shares to charities? Thank you and glta

Any idea which charities will benefit from the donations? Thanks and glta

Whether or not the charity gets cash or shares is immaterial. The end result is the same. The donor gets a tax deduction and doesn't trigger a capital gains tax liability. The charity sells the shares and is tax exempt. Six of one, half dozen of the other.

Why was you ask that anyway? We know the charity is run by P Pascali and it's registered head office address is his personal address. It's a matter of public record.

Can't argue about the orderly part. Averaging about 38,000 shares a day. Very disciplined and very "orderly". Very orderly sell orders.
