Your CEO sold very nearly 1.7 million shares at prices below here since October 14th.

Some at $0.98 and lower. 

After broadcasting that he would buy 2.5 million units for $1.00, he can hardly sell it here can he??

He'd look like he was trading it. 

Imagine his frustration. 

He boxed himself into a corner.

He IS trading it! Only backwards.  He just bought back stock AND warrants for less than he got for selling stock since mid October.  If you can't see that, you're deaf dumb blind and stupid.

All I see is a guy who talked doom and gloom after the previous PP was put on hold, and is literally talking to himself. Not a good look.

You can see whatever you like.  I couldn't care less. What I see is that Cormark walked. And that the CEO us already up $875,000 on his new shares and warrants on paper.  He's just about the only person making money here. Don't you wish you could do that well?

They were able to sell a whole $2.5 million of stock AND warrants at a buck?? What does that tell you?

It tells me that I have  another opportunity to add shares at a great price to my holdings , accumulating and long with this company.

a) They did not need more cash now, so we can presume that the large account receivables should be collected soon... b) they only sought price protection up to $5 M, c) they did not anticipate that the share price would move so fast above the warrant exercise price, thereby limiting their ability to increase the size of the placement to meet demand...
