That's a lot of garbage per day ! ...gotta feed the rat's too....NYC needs a  few giant versions of the waste destruction plasma furnace or a ton of regular size systems...PyroGreenGas could complement the deal with RNG BIO-GAS generation...and medical waste disposal systems + Pfas water purification systems......the garbage problem is not going away...We need a ' garbage mandate&

PAWDS and SPARC is great tech, but the real determining factor is the power grid and scalability. I don't know BYCs power grid but if it has available power generation capacity then it could work on that front. The harder piece is trash preparation and scalability. PAWDS requires pre-sorted and prepared trash such as paper to be shredded. For scalability, Peter mentioned in an Agoracom

Burning the garbage creates energy that can be used in conjunction with PyroGreenGas RNG- BIO-GAS production to power the system.....or power a steam generator to make electricity.....Green electricity  !...A SPARC system in each neighborhood would be the smartest way to eliminate a decent % volume of garbage needed to be hauled to a landfill....and operators( trained) + hired locally
