The CEO "announced" he'd buy $2.5 million of stock and warrants at a dollar and now has indicated his intention to sell, while buyers of the financing are still locked in.  This company will never be able to issue in the markets again, and revenues have dropped fast while orders have been

It's not too late to recover your losses. Sell this and buy stock in any company with good financials, and and growing revenues, who's management delivers on their promises, and who's stock is acting well. A stock that's actually fun to own. There are many of them, and this isn't one of them.  Transaction costs are a small price to pay for peace of mind, and any gains
