I find it odd, and disturbing

How did Your Peter get away with selling more than 300,000 shares above $1.40 in the public market less than 2 1/2 weeks before announcing a financing of stock and warrants at $1.00 that he would "commit to"?

I haven't worked out the exact numbers but the 300,000 shares he sold generated enough proceeds to buy about 420,000 shares AND warrants less than 3 weeks later. Nice trade! I think he may have been privy to "information" that the general public wasn't.  Certainly not the ones buying his shares only days earlier.
