I finally figured out why the volume is so low!

People here are waiting to sell at lower prices.

Or there are other powers that have driven down the price and taken advantage of  the lousy mkts  which made it that much easier to drive the price to these levels from that $ 1.30 level it was mid March when the gen.. mkts also started to sell off so that they can buy at these lower  prices.. Why would investors who own the stock  and most likely paid more than what it is now

So you mean that people don't sell shares for less than they paid for them ? Now I understand! But not really.  If that was true, wouldn't stocks just keep going up forever?
