If he sold any on Monday, I believe he has to report it today. Likely wait until AFTER the close. If there's a burst of selling at the last minute, count on it.

You accuse him of filing late. What time precisely, according to your vast knowledge should he have filed? The second the market closes ? By the way, he is selling on behalf of the Mellon Trust, not his own privately held shares. But the you are aware of that.

"You accuse him of filing late. What time precisely0. according to your vast knowledge should he have filed? The second the market closes ?" Actually, in Canada, insiders are required to file within 2 days of the transaction date. NOT the settlement date, the transaction date. Got that?

Ha. Generally, any change in an insider's beneficial ownership of the company's securities is reported on a Form 4. Insiders usually must file a Form 4 within two business days after a change in beneficial ownership. This two-day reporting period begins when a transaction is executed, not when it settles.about Not going to quibble about

Really? . When did talking truths start making a person an ahole. You better wake up and face the facts. Or don't, and stick around to be toasted. Or deep-fried. No question.
