"The comprehensive loss for 2022 of $32.2 million compared to a loss of $38.4 million, in 2021, represents a decrease of 16% year-over-year.

The adjustment to the fair market value of strategic investments in 2022 resulted in a loss of $8.3 million compared to a loss in the amount of $21.4 million in 2021, representing a variation of $13.1 million. The variation is primarily attributable to closing share price of the HPQ common shares, used in determining the fair value of common shares and warrants owned by the Company of HPQ Silicon Inc.

Bad debt provision increased by $4.5 million, of which $4.2 million is attributable to accounts receivable and $0.3 million related to costs and profits in excess of billings on uncompleted contracts.

As at December 31, 2022, the Company had cash of $3.4 million, included in the net working capital of $1.7 million. ....
The Company expects that with its cash, liquidity position, the proceeds available from the strategic investment and access to capital markets it will be able to finance its operations for the foreseeable future."

"The Company expects that with its cash, liquidity position, the proceeds available from the strategic investment and access to capital markets it will be able to finance its operations for the foreseeable future."

What liquidity position??

What "sytrategic investment"

And forget about access to capital markets as well. After the last debacle, the company very likely
won't be able to finance.

After that, the market will seriously question how this company can finance itself when they run out of money again.

And 11,650 at one o'clock.  Nobody wants this. Not surprising when they were only able to sell $2.5 million in stock AND warrants at a buck,  with no commission.  The existing shareholders aren't selling either.  They don't seem to realize that taking a loss is the smartest thing to do.
