The latest filing shows the trust can sell "up to 850,000 shares."

The trust sold shares for less than $0.92 on both Thursday and Friday. 

No qualms about it.

Very likely would have sold more if there was any size on the bid.

How low will he go?

Meanwhile their "Strategic Investment " in HPQ closed one cent from a 2 1/2 year low yesterday.  20.5 cents.  Pyr last bought several million at $0.53. They sold a couple million shares in the last quarter.  Great move by management. How you can sing this company's praises is completely beyond me. It's finished

IMHO there is nothing quite strategic in the investment. Seems more like a way to raise cash. Could be wrong.

"No financial interest means: impartiality" This is inaccurate. Impartiality comes with a complete lack of bias and motive. Anyone who spends significant time posting on a stock forum is almost certainly not impartial.  Investors will cheerlead and their motive is known. Basher motivations are not.

Pyro is a relatively small company transitioning from R&D to commercialization. It is abnormal for completely unassociated actors to choose to ‘educate’ Pyro investors or counter cheerleading as opposed to using more active stocks where they'd have more impact.   To say the SP tells the whole story is misleading at best. Looking at the financials, it would appear that they have already reached peak commercialization in 2021 and revenue has declined every quarter since then.. Hence the ugly chart and SP. Not sure when you bought in but I really can't understand why anyone is still holding on after so many broken timelines. If and when a large contract comes in, there will be plenty of time to jump in.Judging

1. That's not how commercialization works in a company with multiple business lines.  2. We have different investment strategies. No issues there.

To say that PyroGenesis is a relatively small company is absolutely correct. It's a microcap.  When the market capitalization falls below $50 million US, it will be a nanocap.
