As at March 31, 2023, the Company had cash of $1.9 million, included in the net working capital of $0.8 million. 

I'd be surprised if they even have a couple million.

Either $3.1 million disappeared between March 8th and March 31st or the company had a negative cash position when the "financing" closed. It's either one, or the other. And that's a fact. Sell this pig.
