How can you not see it?
The financing isn't going well.
They still haven't collected from HPQ.
Abdalla has only days left to sell
The 2.5 million locked up shares become tradeable the week after next.
The financing is the last lifeline left.
This is precarious at best.

Didn't mention HPQ's stock. At one cent from a 3-year low, it looks like what it is. Sell this and walk away.

What Tamarackflop is telling you is sell at 3y low so he can grab your shares on the cheap. That's why he's so intense in his FUD. ____________ tamaracktop - (6/29/2023 8:20:56 AM) RE:How can you not see it? Didn't mention HPQ's stock. And no offense to anybody but if you were over 50 when you jumped into Pyrogenesis it was probably the wrong call. There were better and safer plays out there.

That's right I'll let Peter know he's 62 or 63 and he better dump his 80 million shares. Maybe a convertible debenture ? ....10%? Lol

If nobody wants to buy the stock, then who the hell is going to want to buy a Debenture that pays its interest in shares? This is looking harder to sell every day. Don't forget the difference between a debenture and a bond. A debenture is unsecured by a lien on the company's assets. If this offering fails...

HPQ last at $.20, on 220,000 shares. Half a cent from the year low. I mentioned before that in my opinion, these two companies aren't doing each other any favors. That one could be the other's downfall. They're synchronized swimmers swimming in the wrong direction. Personally, I sense a clear and present danger. It's palpable.
