Today we've been flooded with technical posts with the simple gosl of deflecting from reality of pyros challenge of raising 5M of a convertible debentures 10%! in oder another to survive quarter. It's very difficult for a very very small underwriter to sell more of a new underwriting only 4 months after they were only able to raise $2.5 for the very same company.  Particularly when the months-old issue is underwater.  And even  more particularly when the CEO and a board member are selling shares while they're doing.it. For the record $5 million was raised at the last offering, but $2.5 million was bought by Peter. That closed in early March, so this one closing early July means Pyro needs to make some sales if they want to avoid another raise in late 2023.  I still don't see the challenge and will disagree with that sentiment until Pyro is unable to raise their desired amount.  https://ir

That is a misleading question; don't conflate company rhetoric with a stock worthy of investment. Speculating on why various entities have or have not done something should not be a priority when investing long-term in small cap growth stocks.  Pyro has just in the last two years started commercializing technology in the high-growth AM powder industry, but the strategy to work with the

Good points Sidewindergo, and I'll add that game changing technology takes time, and PYR is making serious inroads with their products and solutions (just look at the number of products/solutions now commercialized/being implemented and the number of patents PYR continues to add to). I think 2023 has been very successful so far.  The share price may not reflect these advances, but
