What I really don't get

How is it that the company wasn't allowed to do a financing with Cormark and just turned around and did a much smaller one with Research Capital.??

Does anyone else here get the impression some rules are being bent?

I went on to say that I doubted we'd heard the last from the MFA.

This new financing has to receive " all necessary clearances from the regulators and the exchange."

Getting those clearances might be tricky after the company flaunted the regulators last time.

That's exactly what happened. 

If this issue doesn't close..it will be too late.

Something is wrong.  If the issue is sold, they would have announced it this morning.  I don't know how many times I've said "I could be wrong", but my own personal opinion is that if there's no news on the financing, the market won't like it, and of there IS news, it will be bad news. A lose/lose. This stock isn't acting right, and 2.5 million shares
