Why did it take the AMF to get PYR and HPQ to provide disclosure on the $3.6 million owed by HPQ to PYR? MrFornight called that one right, as he always does.

It took the AMF, as reported by HPQ and PYR. Why did they wait until July 13 when the missed deadling was June 30? Why did they again sign an agreement (July 11) and make it retroactive (June 30). All so obvious

In the news release. All the fluff remained in and the only material info updated is the info about the non-payment of the $3.6 million owed by HPQ. Nothing else was material in there. Securities commission don't get involved in non-material info. Sort of Securities Law 101.

Tell me genius, why is that paragraph taking about the extension of the payment  with the words Other News? For a normal, none FUD obsessive person, it is clear that the AMF was not the cause of this disclosure.   So sorry, you have to recant your victory lap.

MrForthWrong is simply making this up.  Just like the others FUDsters on CEO.ca.  He cannot back his FUD claim with nothing. FUDsters that are negative in 100% of their posts, no matter the news, have an agenda where they continuously tweak the truth and the reality. HPQ and PYR won't go bankrupt either.  Science is for real.

Agenda or agenda, the fact remains that (i) HPQ missed the June 30 payment date for the $3.6 million owed to PYR, (ii) the parties amended the agreement on July 11 and made the amendment retroactive to June 30 and (iii) the parties issued a press release on July 13 announcing the amendment. That means the companies missed issuing a press release on July 3 before the maket opened and on July 12
