Don't forget
debt gets first crack at the assets if things get ugly, common shareholders get the scraps, if anything.

tylerriddick, that is true, but 5 million in debentures is 'mice nuts' in the overall scheme of things here

IF it fails, shareholders get zero (0) should creditors be impaired. IF it fails, insider equity means squat as creditors rule. IF it fails, as in CCAA or BIA.

ffs dalesio, to my knowledge these are the first convertible debentures for PYR, and IMO the total size is insignificant (mice-nuts!!) relative to PYR's market cap. It's nothing burger IMO, so give it a rest

To put it bluntly, the company can't tap into the market for financing anymore. Even the CEO, who's trust has been...selling, has committed less to this issue than the last. The cookies are crumbling.
