FYI, they closed a convertible debenture PP. Not the 1st attempt, 2nd attemp modified the terms achieving only 60% of the PP. Insider subscribed to 66% of the units compared to 40% at the onset. Can you call the convertible debenture PP which provided less oxygen a success?  How will the market view the late Friday night PR later this morning and this week? Does it bode well after Friday
