Somewhat over Simply
The company reported gross margin of 37% in the second quarter.
Very simply this implies the company would need $6.3 million to fulfill a $10 million contract.
They don't have $6.3 million.
They have a working capital deficit of $3.2 million already.

Thankfully, contracts are incrementally paid based on project milestones rather than upon completion. Having a $30+ million backlog and multiple prospective near-term contracts also helps.

It didn't work too well in the last quarter did it? Nor in the quarter before that, did it ? It's not working so far in this quarter either. This company announces revenues whenever it has the opportunity. They've announced $800,000 in revenues so far half-way through this quarter, unless I'm somehow mistaken.

I heard through the grapevine that some are seeing the writing in the wall and are near to tendering their resignations.

I heard through the grapevine the sad club are paying through their noses the shorts that they have and are seeing the writing in the wall and are near to cover their short positions. Share price will shortly significantly increase because of major contracts forthcoming.

"Share price will shortly significantly increase because of major contracts forthcoming" Major contracts between two companies don't come before serious vetting of each other's financial condition. That's a simple truth. Swallow it.
