Dear sir,    The answer is what Mr/Ms  Tamrrack posted: Life is far more enjoyable for optimists than it is for pessimists. Dark clouds can not bother the optimists but the pessimists do worry a lot including dark clouds.

One person's opinion and like anyone I could be wrong. I and many of my fellow investors have met Peter in person and that is how we feel. Talk to his employees from the receptionist to the engineers and they al l speak VERY highly of him, love working for him and MANY have been there for years He supposedly is a generous donor to various charities in Montreal and was one of the only CEO'

Bernie Madoff saga is unique and hopefully never repeats itself under the direct eyes of regulators, legal system, whistle blowers, watch dogs and gov't. The past doesn't guaranty the company future. The Peter Principal was a good book. It made sense. People in a hierarchical organization get promoted to their level of incompetence, but no further.  You ultimately end up with an organization being run by individuals who are incompetent in their roles.
