When Rio Tinto has a pre-screening process for suppliers which "requires companies to provide sufficient evidence to meet or exceed minimum standards of health, safety, the environment, human rights, QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL CAPACITY, as well as ethical and anti-corruption practices", do you think Pyrogenesis fits the bill? With negative working capital, little cash, inability to raise money and going concern doubt from their auditors? Keep in mind that Peter (and PYR) are innocent until (if) things are proven in court.  And Peter has said (from the NR) “The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed." Maybe let Peter have his day in court first (if this case goes that far).

We will find out the right way, through Rio. Not through online forums.  I'm not sure who dat is but dork won't be scaring me out of my shares.
