Precarious financial situation indeed

They’ve been aggressively writing off receivables over the past few quarters, in the range of $6,000,000.
That is more than their past 2 quarters revenues.

Thank you for the response.

Another FALSE statement and totally misleading.   Granting extensions for receivables is NOT writing off  amount owing as IF it is dead and expensed.  NOT even remotely close.    Long and strong PYR!!!!!!!!

PYR is in dire straights, they cannot afford to wait for debt payment (s) from Drosrite International (Alex Pascali CEO), n'est-ce pas.
Comment by BCONTVentures on Sep 11, 2023 7:48pm
Keep in mind that Peter has been with PyroGenesis since 1991 and will continue to fund PYR as necessary.  The fact that PyroGenesis' President and CEO has committed to 2/5ths of the financing speaks volumes to his confidence in PYR and HPQ Silicon.  PyroGenesis' President and CEO has significant "skin in the game" (Peter owns close to half of the outstanding shares in ...more

So is the magnitude of the AMF undertaking.
Comment by BCONTVentures on Sep 11, 2023 8:31pm
Keep in mind that Peter (and PYR) are innocent until (if) things are proven in court.  And Peter has said (from the NR) “The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.” Suggest we wait to see if this actually goes to court. Some interesting posts regarding the AMF, seems ...more

Seriously, did you think Mr. Pascali would come out and apologize ... of course he and the company would indicate they will defend themselves. This part may come back to bite them in the behind ... "and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed". That may be the last you hear from Mr. Pascali for the forseeable future. Good luck to all!

Suggest we wait to see if this actually goes to court.  Again, Peter (and PYR) are innocent until (if) things are proven in court.

As in will the finances make it to actually go to court. Very, very bad optics!!

Radian has approximately 8M left to pay under that contract with Drosrite International which is considered a subsidiary of Pyrogenesis. Radian has some of those systems on site and operational at a Ma'aden Aluminum plant. That plant is a joint venture with Alcoa.  It appears they may need more units eventually. Lots of information available to anyone willing to spend 15 minutes of ...more

Saw that. Of the 17,281,067 accounts receivable, 11,538,272 is >90 days. Anyone know why they have such an issue collecting AR? Is it the liquidity of the customer, acceptance of product? With the liquidity issues they have faced, its important to collect in a more timely manner IMO
