Will Mr. Pascali follow Xanthoudakis, Lacroix, Matteo, Mylonakis, Marston, etc. receiving AMF sanctions?

Not comparing Mr. Pascali et al/PYR allegations to past saga's, nor scale and severity.

Provided local names that were subject to AMF sanctions. Wonder why AMF is seeking record fines? Detterent, etc. ... Each saga is different ... apples to apples?
