a dramatic legal situation were to arise.

If he's employed by the company he can be indemnified and defended by the company if he was left afloat alone he may be tempted to cut a deal

Good point, hope Pyr will honor his legal fees or should I say the shareholders. Which brings me to working capital which must be very low. Glta
