What are the bashers saying now that Peter's not selling stock....( that was a legal caused sale) and instead Peter will be buying shares on the open market every day , 25,000 a day ???...Maybe he will be buying at the close ...buying the shares the flippers have always  been selling every day at the bell....Instead of going down it's going to be going up !!...payback time is here....Add news & we're off to the races, again ! ..never to look back...uncleron is always right  !..cheers

Isn't that how he is able to maintain the slim majority shares?  I don't think any company should be allowed to be publicly traded when one individual holds the majority. And some of the allegations are pretty well along the lines of him doing what he wants and there is substantively no such thing as an "independent" director IMO. Now that Peter's not selling any stock ? He sold every day last week Uncleron you idiot, including 34,600 shares on Friday.  He'll have to report any trades so far this week by tomorrow at the latest.  Then we'll see how many shares he "bought."

Mr. Pascali has been selling shares through Mellon Trust and continues to do so. Stop fudging, it is not 'Peter' who will be potentially buying up to 25,000 shares per day, rather Pyrogenesis through the NCIB. Uncleron, poor attempt at promotion.
