Keeping all your shares and grabbing a few more
It's not easy right now to be a Pyrogenesis investors and seeing your investment melt in front of your eyes every day. With the actual market and slow pace change in the decarbonization of the industry + the amf investigation shadow, the share price got hit very hard. In the short term, the Nasdaq delisting might bring doubt and deception to some investors about the future of Pyrogenesis. The actual situation has nothing to do IMO about the future of the company but only the present. Pyrogenesis needs money in the short term to continue his mission. Also, as a long term investors I would have been piss off at Peter's if he had done a share split. If you had 10 000 shares when the SP was 2$ and Peter now does a split 4/1 at 50c a share, you would now have 2500 shares worth 2$ each. That would have been disastrous for shareholders and everyone would hate PP. So in the actual situation, I think is the best path forward to delist from the NASDAQ and keep this money right now for general purpose. The situation is not ideal but it gives a good entry level and a good chance to grab cheap shares for a company that is worth much more. If Pyrogenesis was to be eventually acquired, the cost would be much higher than the actual market valuation. With all the verticals and the pre or actual commercialization in many of them, the company will survive the actual storm. Pyrogenesis is not an obsolete technology or product that is dying like video club, Sears or other examples. Pyrogenesis is one of the industrial solutions geared towards the decarbonization of our planet. Pyrogenesis will have his part of the cake. Hang on, stay long and Keep calm! Fan

I completely agree, great post too. The Nasdaq delist was much better than a share split, plus we save alot of money. Couldn't agree more :)
