Soooo if someone can answer

I have a question.

Delousios constant bashing makes no sense, unless there's a monetary gain for him.  So, apparently his major interest is in amf and the penalties they seek which I heard was called "disgorgement".

The definition includes "The disgorged funds may be distributed to investors who were harmed by securities law violations".  This is what the amf alleges and seeks.

Now my question is, *if* any funds are taken from Peter, are they returned to PYR?  Or are they returned to the "group" I suspect dellissio is in the background working with, who launched all the complaints to the amf?  Because he's waiting for some sort of handout, it's obvious in his "not for profit" Adventure here.

I'm just trying to understand.

Also to note "Regulators have a low recovery rate of only about 3% of sanctions issued. When they do collect money, most of it is used to cover their own overhead, and very little goes towards recovery for investors". So in the end, nobody may see a nickel at either rate.

So....if anything is ever actually fined.  Where would it go, pyr or the group who spammed the amf?  If there was even to be any extra.

Also I was wondering if delousios "not for profit" organization accepts donations.  Especially from people who they think might be getting 8 million dollars?  I mean, I know if I worked for a "non profit shindig" I'd be sure to take sides with the group who thought they were gonna see a big windfall of 8 million, and they might donate a bit more for my hard work.  ...more
