MODUS OPERANDI ON SH FORUM

Pyrogenesis Investors...  look at the patterns TAMPONMAN, DEVILESIO_98, GRASWINEB, DOUGHBOY, ET AL...

This is an easy way to tell the difference between frustrated investors, and someone who is manipulating the stock.

Frustrated investors don’t post a lot. They’ll make a comment like, “Wow, I can’t believe this.”

Or, “I don’t understand what’s happening.”

They express mostly frustration instead of negativity. Their comment is a believable and human reaction to a sudden disaster.

Paid basher are the opposite.
They post a lot, and it’s all negative.

How often do you personally post on a stock message board? Once a day? Once a week? Never?

Paid bashers are sometimes posting 10, 20, 30 times a day. Or more. Usually on a single stock, but sometimes across multiple tickers. Their posts are frequent and basic.

The more someone posts, the more likely they are to be trying to influence sentiment.

If you click someone’s ON STOCKHOUSE profile and see they’ve posted thousands of bearish stock ideas…they’re likely a manipulator.

It would be nice to know why the amf started investigating PYR and who put them on to PYR in the first place.

Maybe it was the director who resigned citing the company's actions for potentially exposing itself to allegations of fraud. He clearly wasn't too impressed.  Don't start pointing fingers Harjay, you might be exposing yourself.

Sometimes it's difficult or near impossible to joke in text. The writer can't introduce tonal Inflection into the mix. The last comment in that post was more joke than serious.  If it wasn't obvious.

Why don't you want fingers pointing  , are you concerned what it might reveal ??

You completely misread my post.  No real surprise there. I wasn't suggesting you prompted the AMF investigation at all. I was pointing out that if you start suggesting anyone in particular was responsible for "tipping off" the AMF, you would absolutely and definitely be  liable for defamatory and fictitious allegations.  The plaintiff would have enviable case if ...more

"It would be nice to know why the amf started investigating PYR and who put them on to PYR in the first place." A public company involved in a non arms length transaction in excess of $8 million very well could have created their own flags with the CRA and/or AMF (or other watchdog entity) just by the nature of that transaction. Typically that would only warrant a behind the scenes ...more
