NexGen Patent …..5 more countries?

I remember something about NexGen patent applications being in six countries or jurisdictions. If so, wouldn't the other 5 applications be granted asap after the US approval?
 Reason I remember is I thought why bother with six countries? My conclusion was that there was some big NexGen plan afoot that required things being air tight.
 I'm sure Soreone or the circle jerks resident patent lawyers will chime in to help me and my troubled past.

So BCON is my memory is correct?  If so,that means licensing agreements are in  the cross-hairs for NexGen. Why export the powder when customers can have their own patent protected machines  and pyro gets a cut . ( pun intended ) GLTA
