So let me get this straight...for a minuscule loan of 1.2M fr Mellon Trust Pyr pledge all its movable assets?? Which is basically everything except buildings which I believe are owned by PPP. Is this correct? Thanks for the input and glta

It's basically, a no risk or almost no risk loan. If the share price stays where it is, it's an opportunity to take money out of the company, or sell to retail investors, and add a premium, as well as the warrants, which are free.   If things continue to go, south, you have the assets, in case things were liquidated, and you are guaranteed to get your money back. So am I right in saying that PPP is the largest shareholder as well as one of the principal creditor of PYR. Looks like a perfect Hedge.  Glta
