Loan

The Loan will be secured by a subordinated hypothec on the universality of the Company’s movable property.”

I can't find the above sentence in the PR.
Another false statement by a basher?

Ok, found it

The sentence was already written in a previous PR in Mar 18, 2020. https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/pyrogenesis-announces-closing-of-a-903k-loan-and-provides-situation-update-1029010300 So nothing new and nothing to care about. blah blah

Great post TheShare, thanks for this.  It's interesting to note that the loan given (and subsequently repaid) in 2020 had a 12% interest rate (in a low rate environment).  The recent financing/private placement is at 3%, in a high rate environment.  Peter/PyroGenesis got a great rate at 3% in these times. Looking forward to 2024! Merry Christmas Everyone!

How's that SAT? Shouldn't it be done by now? Any news about the symposium contract with Rio Tinto?

Off the board for the holidays, but glad you found this sentence, confirming the CEO has been able to secure as collateral, one of the most off not the most valuable assets of the company for the 1.25 million loan. Taking some time to read carefully, and verify could have spared throwing an insult at another poster, yet good on you to acknowledge your error at least. Harjay still hasn't ...more

I believe I pointed out that the loan was secured by a lien on all the company's assets shortly after the news release. It appears that a few of the more vocal pumpers here have yet to master reading. It appears fewer still don't even bother.

Or they focus on the 3% interest suggesting this is a promising development. Why would they do that? To distract, or redirect attention away from the salient part of the loan terms. That is, that the CEO has now got claims on the "moveable assets"-the patents-that they could be moved and sold to a bidder or moved to a new company Not saying that it will happen-but now it could What a ...more

More like by negotiating favorable terms for PyroGenesis with himself, the Peter creates the impression that PyroGenesis drove a hard bargain, which in turn supports more buying for the stock he's selling. The conflict of interest here must set some sort of record.

Right. You have your hand on the trigger-shotgun clause. The shareholders are on the other end. The risk reward just tilted further. All IMO fwiw wntertainiment only-not for investment advise  and entertainment this is!

And the stock is now trading at less than two cents from the lowest price it's ever traded at in the US since being listed there. Nevertheless, the pumpers here will continue to rant that the bears are idiots who don't have any idea what they're talking about and that this will turn around and soar to new highs. Personally, I see this as an excellent opportunity for Thinkbig to buy ...more
