TFSA limit of $7,000 for 2024. PYR and HPQ!!!
Bodes well for 2024. We should see the fruition of PYR's and HPQ's hard work this year. Expect contracts in the coming months. Still time to fill your TFSA before the stock explodes to all time high once again. Bashers will of course do their job for that is what they are paid to do.

If the TFSA is the equivalent of a US Roth IRA as it appears, I would highly advise against investing TFSA funds into Pyro.

I bought PYR in my TFSA a few years ago. My massive losses are sheltered. The clear sign that you should not be paying attention to a poster is when they give such precise advice.

In a canadian TFSA.To make it simple if you believe that PYR will be more than a ten bagger in the future and you put it in a taxable account you will pay a lot of taxes. In a TFSA there are no taxes when you sell.

What you're saying is true Thinkbig, but you also need to value the risk of investing in Pyro instead of the entire market. Most retail investors, including me, lack the education to accurately conduct this analysis. The key is understanding what we do and do not know, and leveraging experts to fill that gap.

That's why holding well diversified index and mutual funds for long periods of time is the best low-effort strategy for success.

"Holding your junk long term, is a loser strategy...What happens when your paper fait currency is worthless ??" I'm guessing you meant fiat currency, not "fait currency". You're right about holding junk long term being a losing strategy though. So what are you doing holding this?

There are fiduciaries who host Youtube channels that explore much of what you state using sourced, data-driven analysis. If you're already rich don't bother, but if your goal is to build wealth then they're worth a try to challenge your assumptions. The Money Guy is a great one to check out.

Fees for popular index funds like VTSAX and VFIAX are around .04%. Investment in index funds does not mean you cannot invest in companies like Pyro, but if folks want to maximize their odds of building wealth then there are right and wrong ways to do so, adjusted to individual needs.

Paid bashers like you have zero credibility. You are paid to spew FUD. We all know what you do here.
