He is selling shares of 10% Security Holder of Issuer. Now the number of his shares down to 2.4 millions. Pls tell me any idea for this selling?

He's bailing, plain and simple.  He's selling as much as he can as fast as he can. 50,000 shares on Wednesday is apparently literally "as much as he can on any given day". I only say that because of the fact that the trust has never once sold more than 50,000 in one day, which it has done many many times. He's been the biggest seller in the open market for well over

I thought every understood about the trust;s mandate to sell. Obviously you still dont comprehend the concept. Has he sold any of his personal holdings or has any other insider reecently sold any of their own personal holdings ?  The last insider to sell any of their own holdings was back  in early  Aug at $0.92 mind you they had acquired options at $0.51 before that  so its

Hmmm. Not only is he the administrator of the trust, but he's the sole beneficiary of the trust. Maybe it's you who should try to understand the concept.
