Don't need to. You will make a point of giving us details coloured by a negative slant

The facts will be available when the Tribunal decision is rendered.

In 3 years from now, unless the AMF is forced to abandon the case to save face...

I hope not, I truly think that it has slowed down negotiations with potential clients and that PYR has been put on the backburner until it’s finalised. These said potential multi billion$ companies have a very strict “vendor core of conduct” and don’t want to be associated with any fraudulent accusation on some of their suppliers.

You and many others wish that would be the case. :) ;) Ponder Mr. Pascali and Mr. Curleigh changing law firm. I indicated requiring independent legal counsel after the end of August PR re AMF/TMF administrative proceedings.

Any chances they sell something before the verdict? And when could be the verdict be rendered, 6 months, 12 months, maybe more, these things seem to take an awful lot of time.

Actually the Tribunal proceedings are moving along fairly rapidly, the postponements/delays have been requested by Osler, Me Teolis representing clients. Feb. 21st proceedings are preparatory for the merits of the main event. Good luck to all!
