Question

Why did the BOD pledge all the movable assets which include the IPs for a 1.2M loan to Mellon Trust while the mkt cap is 100M plus. Any input much appreciated. Glta

You keep asking this question. A few days ago I asked you what your specific concern is. You haven't  responded.  There is nothing devious here. The convertible debenture (as I call it) is standard practice in spite of the fact you are insinuating it's overkill or something.  For argument's sake, let's suppose the loan goes into default and we don't throw in ...more

Did the PYR board act with fiduciary responsibility and duty of care? Did PYR President CEO Director recuse himself from the topic/vote? IMO, the PR ought to have mentioned recusing himself.
