From the NR 2023 Aug 31
Based on prior AMF proceedings, these proceedings will likely take years to conclude.
Until then there are so many contracts signed.
So nothing to care about.
Tick tock

I disagree, hearings thus far have proceeded quickly. Recent delays due to new counsel, holidays and a supposed business trip. Anything result from the business trip or mums the word?

Longer it will take AMF to conclude, longer PYR will have to wait for some orders. No one will place an order with a company where the CEO is accused of fraud. So hopefully, it won't be years as Peter and TheShare are suggesting.
