10% security holder of issuer
What is 10% security holder of issuer?
Off the top of my head , PPP has been selling these share ardently every day from almost 5 million shares to now 2.2 millions.
Trading volume is so low. So his scooping from selling them amounts from a couple of thousand dollars to below 10,000~15,000.
8.5 million shares that he owns is too much and impossible to sell out.
Do you think pyr is safe because of the number of 8.5 million shares he owns?
He is busy in selling out 10 % security holder of issuer , which I don't what it is.

FYI Ten percent beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, voting or equity securities is the first ownership threshold where public disclosure and other requirements begin to apply to securityholders of reporting issuers under Canadian securities laws

Thank you for your answer! I have owned pyr stock for 9 years. I was an optimist. Sold much of them. So should PPP sell a bit of those cent stocks continously?

What's your question? He owns 10s of millions of shares, not 8.5 million. Without bothering to look up the latest numbers he may own something like around 45% of some 170 million shares outstanding.
