10% security holder of issuer

What is 10% security holder of issuer?
Off the top of my head , PPP has been selling these share ardently every day from almost 5 million shares to now 2.2 millions.

Trading volume is so low. So his scooping from selling them amounts from a couple of thousand dollars to below 10,000~15,000.

8.5 million shares that he owns is too much and impossible to sell out.
Do you think pyr is safe because of the number of 8.5 million shares he owns?

He is busy in selling out 10 % security holder of issuer , which I don't what it is.

Of course the reverse is also true, but it's hard to think of a scenario where that would happen.  This company will be hard-pressed ...more
