This has been the company's modus operandi for the last years.



Since they can't produce progress on any financial metrics at all, they issue press releases that have no financial impact at all, but try to convey an impression of progress.

They've been doing this for a very long time, but the market sees right through it.

Go back and look at the stock's reaction on days when the company has made news over the last year.

More often than not, the stock has been down.

Finding a director to join a board is a piece of cake.

Its another feather in the fellows cap, and being a director is one of the cushiest jobs ever.

Directors are very well paid to do little but sit in on a few meetings a year.

That bid at .40 looks vulnerable, to me. 25,000 shares is only 10 grand. 10 grand worth of $75 million of shares outstanding.  Save yourself

My "useless" commentary" has been far more useful than yours. Everyone here has laughed at my suggestion that this company is finished for several months now. I've never suggested that it would close its doors the day after I suggested it's all over. A couple of months ago, I gave it 50/50 it would make it till Christmas.  It made it.
