Reading all his press releases, looking at Agoracom videos and his posts on there, he never "sounded" arrogant to me.  At the time it sounded like he was well on his way to back it up.  Unfortunately, there is a trail of unmet expectations.  I perceived the value from his communication, and I think these unmet expectations shows that he did not build value. Maybe he donated some of his vast millions to the Shriners.  Has anybody seen or purchased some of the Pyro swag?  They spent a few minutes thoughtfully discussing it and surely getting some branded swag does not take much effort compared to all the high tech they are doing.  That would have been a nice press release talking about how much money was raised for the children.

How he runs stuff that is not connected to the company is for others to check or whatever.  I am just following up curiously on an item he seemed to have committed to in the interview on an initiative that a summer student could have headed:  contact a few of countless marketing companies that place company brands on items, choose the one that offers the best value and put a swag shop
