T - IMO PPP (3P) is the Stand-Up Guy Consummate Professional when Selling Shares :: 

He's The Only CEO that i know of who does such a thing! and he has far horizon visibility) !!!  ( doubt even i would )

* to the Best of my Knowledge he didn't sell @ high $12 -- i Challenge Anyone to Conduct DYODD !!!

What a True Stand-Up Guy !!! -- would U only Sell @ Low SP Price ?

That post is 100% correct. It was a Friday. The news was released minutes after 10pm. The trust sold 50,000 shares that day during regular trading hours. Check for yourself on Sedi. I don't have to.
