Actually he didn't

He didn't file this evening. 

He filed at 5:09 this afternoon.

I hadn't noticed when I offered my bet.

At least he waited till after the market closed.

He must be in a hurry.

I expected he'd wait till Friday night.

I wonder if his filing his intention to sell after the close today and less than 48 hours after earnings will affect the opening tomorrow.  When are you going to get it through your heads that management here most certainly isn't working for you? Literally, or Figuratively.
