Are you fn kidding me?
The guy's already getting $37,500 a month, and owns or controlled about 46% of the company's stock.
About 82 million shares.
Do you think he gives a ff about bonuses?
Even the rent for Head Office has already been paid in advance.
He was selling in January down to 52 cents, on January 11th.
This is supposed to make shareholders feel better.
Like when the company "Announced" he was cancelling the ADSP he had filed back in September 9th , 2022.
The board had decided it wasn't in the shareholders interests for him to try to sell 850,000 shares in short order.
Read the Sept 9, '22 release.
That's exactly what it says.
The company "announced" the cancelation on September 9th.
There were 5 trading days left for the trust to sell.
5 out of the 30 days eligible, and the trust had been selling right up to 5 days left.
He'll blow off those fictional bonuses and sell as many of 82 million shares and walk.
If he can get 25 cents on average, that's $20 million.
Do you think he wants his bonuses?
Not a chance he gives a hoot.
His performance has been not only abysmal, but seriously questionable, so now to placate any growing discontent, the Company announces "performance based bonuses " for the first time.
Up until now, "bonuses" have been decided by the remuneration committee.
Why am I here?
The question comes up.
I'm here because I'm trying to explain that I don't share everyone's enthusiasm.
I'm not bullish on this stock at all.
