HARJAY, You lack knowledge in the matter to make those bold statements. The TMF is an administrative tribunal, it is independent of "the AMF. or PYR." I am certain the parties were previously before the Superior Court. There are many different administrative tribunals in Quebec. Good luck to All! Thanks Dalesio.  You can bet we won't see this in any news about this from the company, they're trying to keep this whole mess under wraps. When was the last time we had an update from the company? They've hardly been forthcoming about developments in this arena, even though it is "somewhat material". Maybe they think it will just go away.
