Manipulated?? Who could possibly want to manipulation this, other than the Grand Poohbah? And he's not trying to manipulate it down, if he's trying to manipulate it at all. A dozen or so fluffy press releases in the month leading up to his filing of his intent to sell?? Ha! Manipulated?? More likely nobody is interested.
