Mr. Pascali already rec'd a big pay raise and retroactive adjustment in January 2024.

Yes, he did receive retroactive pay, to compensate him for unexpectedly high inflation over the past few years. I'm quite sure it was about $48,000.  I follow many companies, and I have for many years, and I don't recall many, if any of them, awarding their CEO's a retroactive payment to cover CPI increases for years long gone by. It really is unusual, but it must have been ...more

I believe his salary this year is $520k since his previous salary was adjusted for inflation.  Raise your hand if your salary was adjusted for inflation. The description of how the salary was determined includes share price in the past, financial results etc and they benchmarked companies between $400 million and $1.2 billion in market cap. The CEO also got $19k for attending board ...more

I indicated a raise and a retroactive adjustment. Or was I mistaken? Excerpt from Globe and Mail article: At PyroGenesis, a family transaction runs into allegations of fraud DAVID MILSTEAD PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 UPDATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2023 https://www.theglobeandmail.com/business/commentary/article-pyrogenesis-quebec-regulator-fraud-allegations/ PyroGenesis also says “the ...more

Not legal advice: Since this poster like to post over and over negative slant. I will do in kind likewise. These are all allegations by hack reporter trying to be judge and jury not even giving light to any possibility of reasonable doubt. It is not impossible that Peter signed the POA incorrectly with his dad's signature instead of his own w notations of POA on behalf of donor.  Let& ...more

Mr. Pascali could sign his name, not his father's name. The validity of the POA is to be determined. I never signed a document with my father's name, acting on his behalf, my name yes. If it is not impossible Mr. Pascali incorrectly signed his father's name instead of his name, why did he not declare the same under oath during his interrogation(s)? Certainly, Mr. Pascali was asked ...more

Great points Purpledriller, thanks for these.  And like you mention, the maximum financial exposure to PYR is $500,000 if AMF is successful (and this is looking like a "witch hunt" by the AMF). Not legal advice: Since this poster like to post over and over negative slant. I will do in kind likewise. These are all allegations by hack reporter trying to be judge and jury not even ...more

BCONTVentures, There you go again, it is either great or excellent. You guys are clueless the AMF is seeking administrative penalties totaling $550,000 and continue to downplay the AMF case. The AMF is seeking administrative penalties totaling $4.20 million against Mr. Pascali, and a disgorgement order of $9.57 million to the AMF also from Mr. Pascali. The AMF is also seeking administrative ...more

Not fair to put all the bulls here in the same basket Dalesio. Some are more clueless than others. Way more clueless.  Stay tuned to find out who's the most clueless of all. It won't be long.

delesio_98 it is quite obvious to me that you are hoping the AMF is successful in their case against Mr. Pascali and PYR. That alone leaves me to believe your agenda is questionable? Have a nice day EH!..

BeachbuminMexic, Questionable agenda, absolutely not. No pleasure in shareholders potentially being fleeced. A 14.5 year battle. For Justice and accountability, an emphatic, yes. No one is above the Law. Have a nice day. Good luck to All!

"No pleasure in shareholders potentially being fleeced. A 14.5 year battle. For Justice and accountability, an emphatic, yes. No one is above the Law." Dalesio nailed it. Right on the nose. " Unmeted justice " I detected something definitely wrong here years ago. Long after I sounded the alarm, the AMF confirmed it. If you think that this will pass, that it ...more
