I'm suggesting you'd have to own the stock to have a genuine concern for anything to do with company.  Otherwise  you are are expressing an opinion,  and  may I add, an opinion that wasn't asked for but was offered.  Offered  purposely to discredit the company and influence people and you give your opinion as though you are an authority on the matter.
