Food for thought

Did you happen to think that pyrogenesis may have already received funds from Radian? Possibly in the the last couple of weeks.  They don't have to press release it. Just a thought. Glta

They in fact would have to announce the receipt of funds kjs. A payment towards an account that's been in arrears for 3 years would definitely qualify as a material event. Why would they delay such news anyway, other than to avoid the potentially bad optics of releasing positive news while the trust was selling shares?

They've already said that payment would be received in q2. So another nr after receiving it is entirely up to them.

I'm afraid your reasoning is just plain wrong. Your hypothesis is tantamount to suggesting that after announcing they expect a contact to result from certain negotiations, the company might elect not to announce it when it was actually awarded. Where's the logic in that?

top What he said was that since the contract is an existing one and payment info has already been set out the co. would not necessarily need to actually announce  the payment or payments  came  as long as they are made in the time frames already set out  or when completed. But always a twist with you.

This discussion is starting to take more and more of a tone that payments have been made. Let's just get to the fact that there is no evidence of that yet, and is just something that a poster thinks may have happened.

"not necessarily need to announce the payment or payments".No they don't need to but since they had PR's to say when they expected the payment when they didn't need to, then one should expect a PR if and when they actually get the payment. Just another twist I guess.

April 25, 2024 news release on milestone payments for two separate initiatives amounting to just under $1 million.  And I am sure if one goes back through hundreds of news releases there will be some for gettting paid. Do they have to announce Radian collection?  Only if material news.  How much is considered material when you have a net working capital deficiency of some $11 ...more

Your comment is drawing plaudits. It's incredibly hard to phantom that there are actually people here who believe that PyroGenesis has received funds from Radian ( weeks ago, as you put it ), but PyroGenesis has elected "not to announce it" It would appear there are several here who are unaware of every company's very clear obligation to announce any material development ...more

I know what you are saying .... those are the rules. That said, and not get the fire going,...

KJS, that would be the news release prior to the one where they said they would commence starting receiving payments in Q2. i have given your food some thought and concluded that it would be plausible if payments received were relatively miniscule or they have complete disregard for shareholders and disclosure requirements. Therefore, I concluded that your hypothesis is highly unlikely.   ...more
