What a meeting

Pascali's "appearance" was a pre-recorded video.

The moderator detailed all the directors who were "present"

It was a zoom call.

They could have been at home lying in bed, but they collected thousands in directors fees.

I can't swear by this because it's just from memory, but if I'm not mistaken, directors' fees and expenses were around $167,000 last year.

There are 8 directors.

that's a club I wouldn't mind joining.

And when they bring necessary expertise, credibility and independence, directors are worth every penny.  They will be essential if/when Pyro raises money by way of equity financing and also if/when institutional investors are kicking the tires.   Tam trying to suggest Pyro's board is suspect is BS.  They aren't bought and paid for and in Pascali's back pocket.  ...more
