PYR expanding facilities?

Don't ask me why but as soon as I read this Warrant repricing my spidy sense said something is up and this has to do with an upcoming Realestate transaction.Purely speculation on my part, but something is afoot and rewarding out of the money "qualified " investors and expanding would be an win win  to fund an immediate need for manufacturing space.
Chime in if you wish.

Yep U & ThinkBig are def onto Something Big is on the Horizon ! -- i'll add " Facilities " and/or Acquisitions?  (similar to Airscience - small but established Industry Clients) AND/OR Return to NASDAQ (Financing Requirements)!!! GROWTH is here ! -- wouldn't surprise me if Job Postings remain for Continuous Hiring Scale-Up and " 2nd / 3rd Shift " keywords are ...more

I totally agree that something positive is up. Personally I  think your comment about rewarding the investors makes a lot of sense.  As far as manufacturing space, not so sure. I would definitely think news is coming in the next few weeks or why the need to put that date in the nr today. Jmo

Makes total sense. Reward those that have access to better deals than retail. When the wealth from Plan A doesn't pan out, come up with Plan B.  Plan B for retail is to average down, which is also available to "qualified" investors.

I'm a retail investor and I've taken part in pp before.  It's not difficult.  I don't see a problem rewarding investors who had the faith in the company  to take part in a pp. Companies reducing the price of warrants  or extending the expiration date is actually a common occurrence .

Don't know if things have changed but once upon a time to take part of a pp you needed to be an accredited investor or minimally had access to the right connections to get a piece.  So, it can be difficult or impossible for some. I purchased my shares at market prices without any discounts or sweeteners because I had fatih in the company. Yes, repricing warrants and extending terms is a ...more

I didn't take part in any of the pp with PyroGenesis,  but I did with another.  The walked me through the process and it was very easy. It only took a phone call. I trade through TD and they said on another occasion they can help me with participating in a pp if I want to. Not that I'm trying to put a positive spin on it, just pointing out that your negative spin is not the only ...more

Times have changed significantly.  For example, I use to pay over $70 for commissions on transactions below $5K.  $25 fixed rate for $2,000 and below and then some pennies per share depending on the price of the stock.  Now you can buy $50,000 for a flat rate of $10 and trading is much simpler.  Being an accredited investor to participate in PPs meant that you had to have a net ...more
